Fall Leaves Hike! 10/1/2016

Aspen Trees!
For two weeks out of the year Colorado has some of the most beautiful scenery with the changing colors of the Aspen Trees. This is probably the last week to see them, so it’s time for a hike.

We will be hiking Kenosha Pass, west of Denver on 285. There is a big parking lot, though it is usually full this time of year and you will probably have to park off the road.

We will be meeting at the Walmart C-470 and W Bowles Ave. We can then car pool from there.

We will meet at the parking lot at 11:00 am and leave at 11:15 am. It is an hour drive up. Plan on spending 2 or 3 hours hiking, exploring, eating, etc. We will try to be back to the parking lot around 4:00 pm.

I will be driving, but let me know if you are willing to drive as well. Please be considerate and give a few dollars to the driver if you are car pooling.

What to bring:
Water
Sunglasses
Sunscreen
